If you wish for your customer to receive the order confirmation via email, you can enable the setting Send order confirmation to customer. Follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the CMS and select App4Sales > Settings.
2. Check the option Send order confirmation to customer and Save.
3. Give the app a full refresh.
