The order confirmation can be sent to three different emails which you can mix and chose between. You can do that in your CMS under App4Sales > Settings. There you can under Setup you will find three different choices on who will get an order confirmation.
Once you have selected which ones are going to receive the order confirmation press Save underneath it.
