In this article, you'll learn how to set up, customize, and optimize order types to fit your workflow in App4Sales, App4Customers, and Portal4Sales.
Navigate to Order Types
Go to the CMS, then navigate to: Administration > Order Types
You’ll now see an overview of available order types, such as order or quotation. For each order type, you can choose whether it should be visible in:
App4Sales
App4Customers
Portal4Sales
Select an Order Type
Click on an order type. Three buttons will appear:
Email Translations
Columns
Hide from User
Set Up Email Translations
1. Click Email Translations.
2. Set a default email message for each language. This message is sent automatically with each order confirmation. Tip: Use tags for personalization. Click the Info button to view available tags.
Configure Columns
1. Click Columns. You'll see two lists: Active and Inactive columns.
2. Drag columns between active and inactive to control what appears on the order confirmation.
3. Drag columns up or down to change their order.
4. Click Save when you're done.
Hide from User
Click Hide from User. Select the representative(s) who should not see this order type.
Click Save.
This is useful when specific users should not have access to certain order types.
