If an edition or mood image is not visible, please check the following points:
Is the mood image linked to the (correct) edition?
Go to App4Sales > Editions > Click on the desired edition > Click the "Manage Mood Images" button and check whether the mood image is linked to the edition.
Is "App4Sales Enabled" checked?
Go to App4Sales > Editions > Click on the desired edition and check whether the App4Sales Enabled option is turned on.
Has the app been re-synchronized?
To make the changes visible in the app, it must be re-synchronized. The quickest way to do this is shown in our video on Partial Synchronization.
