How to create a new customer in App4Sales

To create a new customer, the user must have the correct permissions.
Check each user’s settings in the CMS under App4Sales > Manage Users.

Click on the user line to open the User Details screen and make sure that Create Customer is enabled.

In the app:

  1. Click Menu.

  2. Select New Customer.

  3. Fill in all required fields.

  4. Click Save.

Online connection (Wi-Fi enabled)

If the device is connected to Wi-Fi, the data is automatically sent to the ERP system.

Offline mode
If you are working offline, the data is stored locally on the device.
Once reconnected to the Internet, you must manually send the information:

  1. Open Menu.

  2. Select Send Offline Created Customers.
